System Design & Installation
Livne Lavan consultants determine the client’s needs and make recommendations such as:
(1) an information management system suited to the client’s area of expertise including hardware, software and peripherals;
(2) a cable or wireless network with the option of a Virtual Private Network (VPN)
(3) a communications infrastructure including Internet, internal and external email configuration, computerized fax systems and FTP client and server installations;
(4) a back-up and recovery solution;
(5) a data security system including anti-virus, anti-spam and firewall.

Networking solutions
An experienced team of network specialists install and maintain both home and business, cable or wireless networks. Areas of expertise include: Edimax routers; Cisco routers and switches; cabling; DNS configuration and trouble-shooting; FTP & DHCP configuration; Active Directory and Group Policy design and configuration; user, printer and file administration; IBM servers and work-stations; HP servers; Dell PowerEdge servers and workstations.

Troubleshooting
Quick, steadfast solutions to problems are provided on-site and/or via a secure remote system that does not require the installation of programs on the customer’s computer(s).
The maximum response time to service calls is two hours within Jerusalem and four hours beyond a 10-km radius of the city. In cases where remote access to the computer is possible, the resolution can be a matter of minutes.

Web design
Livne Lavan’s graphic artists produce innovative, attractive, custom-designed websites that are clear in their layout and simple to navigate. Sites are built with a control panel for ease-of-use with Flash elements as desired. A professional web presence can be developed from scratch, including a logo, theme, images and text.

Prices
Prices for Livne Lavan’s services on-site are as follows:

200 NIS First hour of service
180 NIS Each additional hour per visit
170 NIS Per hour in a 20-hour service agreement
150 NIS Per hour for 50 hours of service
140 NIS Per hour for 100 hours of service

Remote assistance is calculated by the minute, at a rate of 100 NIS per hour for which customers are billed bi-annually.
Website orders are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the requirements.
